Dennis P. Brescoll, J.D. was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1951 and was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1982.

Education: BBA with Distinction, University of Madison 1973; MBA University of Wisconsin-Madison 1975; JD Cum Laude Wayne State University 1982.

Awards: “AV” Rating Martindale-Hubbell; Selection for inclusion in 2007-10 editions of the Best Lawyers in America in the specialties of Labor and Employment Law; Selection for inclusion in 2007-10 editions of Michigan Superlawyers; Wayne State University Moot Court National Team and full academic scholarship winner 1981-82 and awarded Marshall Goldberg scholarship for top oralist in Wayne State University Moot Court program 1981-82. Jim Christy Award for top national scorer in Associate in Risk Management designation in 1978.
